I have a couple of questions about the program.
1. About the reps and sets that do not have a % to go by, do you pick a weight and do all sets with that weight or is it ramp up style. For example. Z press 2x8, 115x2x8 or "105x8 then 135x8"?
2. On the deadlift, their is a deficit and block pull, do you use the same % as you pull from the floor?
I am very sorry for the long questions but I have not strayed away from programs like 5x5's and 531 so I am just trying to learn more.

1. The last rep of the final set should be about an RPE 9 (could do 1 more rep)
2. Both are % of your standard deadlift
