My name is Josh Vincent. I am beginning training for a strongman event in July. I powerlifted and did Jr. Strongman in high school. I want to know a couple pointers: when and what to eat.
I can put on muscle with ease, but I want to be wise about it. I typically just pound a shake prior to, or during training. I typically down lots of casein protein and lean meat- can't do dairy.
What can I change, add to, or subtract?

The main thing is to actually track what you are eating so you can make adjustments as you go.
